- What is a narration credit?
- Credits are spent only when a passage is narrated for the first time, in proportion to its length. Uploading a book, browsing it, or replaying anything already narrated costs nothing.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Everything already narrated keeps playing. New passages wait until your credits renew at the start of the next month, or you can move up a plan.
- Do unused credits carry over?
- No. Your allowance resets on the first day of each billing month.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. You keep Unlimited until the end of the month you paid for, and your books stay in your library afterwards.
- Do you use my books to train anything?
- No. Your books are sent to our narration and music providers only to produce your audio, and never used for training.
